TheRAConnection Launches New Mobile Application — Over Half of Users Now Access theRAConnection With a Mobile Device

In order to meet the changing ways that patients access information and community, a new mobile-friendly version of the Rheumatoid & Arthritis Connection (theRAConnection) was launched in February. The new version allows patients and their caregivers to access daily news and connect with other patients with a single click from their mobile device.

During 2017, 54% of all theRAConnection users accessed the information and support community using their mobile device. Traditional desktop computer access accounted for 36% of all traffic, and 10% of use was via a tablet. C H Weaver MD, Executive Editor, stated “In order to better meet users’ needs, we have further mobile-enabled theRAConnection in order to both enhance and simplify user experience.”
