“The Balancing Act Takes on Cancer—Hear Us Roar” Series Begins
Branded Entertainment Pioneers, O2 Media take their popular morning show, The Balancing Act to a whole new level on their commitment to the issue of cancer. “The Balancing Act” is proud to announce a welcomed partner in this important initiative—Women Magazine, published by Omni Health Media, LLC. Lauren Newman-Giannetti, Senior Associate Producer for The Balancing Act says, “With 1 in 3 people developing cancer at some time in their lives, we knew we had to make a serious commitment to do our part in informing our viewers about the latest advancements. The series of topics that will be introduced range from prevention and detection, to intervention and most importantly— the sharing of hope with others. Each month “The Balancing Act Takes on Cancer—Hear Us Roar” series along with Women Magazine will take on different issues. Various celebrities will also be joining The Balancing Act throughout the series to share their personal stories of how they were impacted by cancer—and what they’re doing to make a difference.
